The proposed development would result in the following benefits:

Lidl recently increased the wages of all hourly-paid staff, ensuring that employees remain amongst the best paid in the industry. This mean hourly paid customer assistants earn £9.30 up to £11.70 per hour, which is above the Government Living Wage. Lidl does not operate zero-hour contracts.
