Creation of up to 40 additional full time and part time permanent jobs in the store with a range of roles available, plus further jobs during the construction period

Increasing the existing range of foodstore provision available to local residents in an accessible location

Enhancing the visual appearance of the area by bringing the site into active use

Lidl recently increased the wages of all hourly-paid staff, ensuring that employees remain amongst the best paid in the industry. This mean hourly paid customer assistants earn £9.30 up to £11.70 per hour, which is above the Government Living Wage. Lidl does not operate zero-hour contracts.
