The Proposals

A new state of the art Lidl store is proposed which would provide a spacious and attractive shopping environment for local residents in a conveniently accessible location.

The proposals include:

A new 2,061 sqm (gross) / 1,377 sqm (sales area) store

Natural stone finish across the full elevations of the store which face onto the site and New Hey Road

Attractive hard and soft landscaping

A contemporary design including an open glazed shop front which sits within the sloping topography of the site

113 car parking spaces including 7 disabled, 8 parent and child and 2 electric vehicle charging spaces

Retention of protected trees
